Tim at the Craigdarroch Hotel has passed on the suggestion that a good solution for groups of friends would be to club together and share an Air B&B. A quick look at the Air B&B website suggests that there are a few Air B&Bs in or just outside Moniaive village\, and others in the nearby village of Penpont. The workshop will begin at 4.00pm and carry on until 6.00pm UK time (GMT). Login will be open from 3.30pm for settling down and socialising time beforehand.    World Time Buddy is very useful for checking time differences. differences. https://www.worldtimebuddy.com. \nThe topic will be “Lovely Lullabies.” Karen will present her popular new workshop that she taught at the recent QuaranTune Festival and add an extra song\, as well as a new arrangement of one in a different key for singing. Both accompaniment strumming and melody picking techniques will covered for songs that include “Slumber My Darling” (Stephen Foster)\, “The Gartan Mother’s Lullaby” (Irish)\, “All the Pretty Little Horses” (Appalachian)\, and more. These are beautiful\, soothing melodies and lyrics that are enjoyable to sing and play. As usual\, there will be plenty of instruction for all levels.
